These Terms of Service apply to access to Project Genesis during development, testing and any future release made available by VELUNTHIC.
1. Development status
Project Genesis is currently under development. Features, availability, progression, content, supported platforms and technical requirements may change before release.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of credentials associated with your Project Genesis account and for activity performed through your account.
3. Testing access
Development or test access may be limited, modified, suspended or discontinued. Test data and progression may be reset when required for development, security or operational reasons.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Project Genesis to interfere with the service, bypass security controls, exploit vulnerabilities, automate abusive activity, impersonate others or violate applicable law.
5. Third-party authentication
Project Genesis may support authentication providers such as Google. Use of third-party services is also subject to the applicable provider's terms and policies.
6. Intellectual property
Project Genesis, its original software, game systems, visual identity, artwork and related materials are owned by VELUNTHIC or used under applicable license, except where otherwise stated.
7. Availability
Development and test versions are provided on an availability basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, preservation of test progress or absence of defects.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated as Project Genesis develops. The current version will be published at this URL with its effective date.
