Project Genesis

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how VELUNTHIC handles information in connection with Project Genesis, including information received when a user chooses to authenticate with Google.

1. Information we may process

When you use Project Genesis, we may process account and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

When you choose Google Sign-In, Google may provide Project Genesis with basic identity information such as:

2. How Google user data is used

Google user data is used only for authentication, account creation or linking, account security and operation of Project Genesis.

Project Genesis treats the Google provider identifier and Google's unique subject identifier as the authoritative external identity. An email address alone is not used to automatically link an existing Project Genesis account.

3. Data storage

Project Genesis may store account identifiers and authentication-related records required to maintain your account, protect sessions and preserve account-security history. Raw Google authentication credentials are not intended to be stored as Project Genesis passwords.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers when necessary to operate Project Genesis, secure the service, deliver transactional communications or provide infrastructure. Such processing is limited to the purposes required to provide the service.

5. Retention

Authentication and account information may be retained while an account remains active and for additional periods when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or dispute resolution.

6. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect authentication and account information. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

7. Your choices

You may revoke Project Genesis access to your Google Account through your Google Account permissions. Revoking Google's authorization does not automatically delete a Project Genesis account or records that must be retained for legitimate security or legal purposes.

8. Children

Project Genesis is in development. Age eligibility and any child-specific privacy requirements will be defined before broad public release and reflected in this policy where applicable.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Project Genesis evolves. The current version will remain available at this URL with its effective date.

10. Contact

Privacy and account-support contact information will be provided through the official Project Genesis support channels and the support address displayed in the Google authorization experience.
